The workshop venue is

It is located at the center of the SNU campus, the building #25-1 on the map (light purple in the middle) :

It's ~20min walk with up and down hills through the campus.

If you move directly from the airport to the workshop site,
one way is to first go to Hoam (by airport bus), check your luggage, and come to the workshop site by walking or by asking the lobby for a taxi (5-10 mins).
Or, you can take a taxi from the airport to SNU, costing ~60,000+ KRW and an hour.

Using public transportation.
Buying a prepaid card (T-money card) is most convenient. It can be purchased in almost any convenient store (Seven-eleven, CU, GS25, ministop); maybe you can buy one in the airport if you plan to use public transportations.
How to use? You can touch the card to a card reader when you enter AND exit a subway, on-board AND off-board a bus.

Taxi is everywhere and pretty cheap (usually O(1,000) KRW within ~15min).
Subway line #2 (green line) is connecting SNU and Seoul downtown. The closest station is "Naksungdae (낙성대)". You can get there from Hoam by walking (15~20min) or by taking a bus 관악 #02 (7 stops, opposite direction to the campus).
