Description
*Speaker:Prof. Seongchan Park (Yonsei university)
*Abstract:
The standard model particle physics is incredibly successful.
It is mathematically beautiful, and also experimentally consistent with all possible measurements so far.
In this talk, I want to discuss some recent theoretical progresses which can provide us some useful guide for the future directions.
Especially, I would consider newly suggested theoretical test of the Higgs potential in view of quantum gravity & black hole physics along the line of Swampland program.
I will focus on phenomenological implications to the vacuum structure of the Higgs in late universe as well as inflationary era.
